At Fritz-Pak, we want to make sure that the customer’s needs are always addressed and resolved. We want you to know that no matter what the problem is, we will do our best to come up with a solution for you. We are equally proud of the quality of our products and the quality of our customer service.

When we see a picture like the one sent to us from Paul Macaluso of International Construction Materials in Crystal Lake, IL, we get just as mad as you do. Seeing a picture of our products completely smashed by a 3rd party shipper puts us in a really bad mood.

In this case, we sent a pallet of materials to Paul via UPS Freight. Apparently, they double stacked the pallet, something we explicitly tell them they cannot do with our products. The result is what you see here. About 33% of the boxes in this shipment will require repackaging, and some of the bags were damaged as well. This is completely unacceptable for us and for you.

Unfortunately, this is the type of problem we cannot correct ourselves. We need all of our customers and distributors to let us know the performance of 3rd party shippers. Is the product arriving on time? Is it in good condition? Is there any damage to the boxes? Does the pallet appear to have any weather damage? We need you to let us know what you are seeing on your end so we can correct these mistakes.
